.... it's more calorie control that does it, which is what I'm assuming you mean by "eating right".
it's actually interesting that people who are trying to loose weight and only use low-fat diets as their strategy, usually end up gaining weight because of increased carbohydrate intake (once again, due to the satiating effect of fat).
you look about 5'9-5'10 ish? i think both those weights are within the normal range.
