Eating right

Hey all....just go tback from the doctor and guess what I found out!!!

One year ago-162 pounds

today-143 pounds!

According to all the charts and everything, 143 is a PERFECT weight for my body type....how did I lose 19 pounds in a year? eating right. Low fat/fat free/low sugar, etc..... Just thought I'd share!

because of the satiating effect of fat, low-fat diets generally don't aid in weight reduction. .... it's more calorie control that does it, which is what I'm assuming you mean by "eating right".

it's actually interesting that people who are trying to loose weight and only use low-fat diets as their strategy, usually end up gaining weight because of increased carbohydrate intake (once again, due to the satiating effect of fat).

you look about 5'9-5'10 ish? i think both those weights are within the normal range.

Good job, josh.

Dietary fats aren't the enemy though, they will actually aid in fat loss and increase testosterone levels. Without testosterone = girly man
