| | Coffee and "fronch" toast. Juniors first time having it (french toast, that is), ever. I haven't seen him grin that big over food since his first pancake. He didn't have coffee, of course . Made him a banana/nectarine/yogurt/peanut butter smoothie. |

| | Preworkout (5:15 AM) I had a small banana
burned 683 calories at bootcamp
then I had some egg whites scrambled with herbs de provence.
With that, I had a whole wheat english muffin that had some pomegranate jelly on it.

| | | Green Tea and a handful of strawberries.
But I made a super yummy looking breakfast for my teenagers since this is their first official day of Summer break. They were in heaven. (Homemade biscuits and gravy with sausage, mini cheese & sausage omlettes, and fresh strawberries with handmade whipped cream). |

| | | I had the MOST amazing breakfast and I have to share! On Sundays I make a pot of rolled-oats oatmeal to last for the week. In the mornings, I heat up servings, usually adding in a banana, blueberries, maple syrup,-whatever I have to flavor it- and some almond milk.
Well, today I had some left over pumpkin in the fridge from some cookies I made earlier in the week, so I added that to my oats + some cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. OMG!!! The result was a pumpkin-pie like oatmeal! It was friggin amazing. I can't wait for breakfast tomorrow so I can have it again!!!

This morning was Red River cereal, peanut butter and jam on maple/banana bread (the kind with yeast, not actual banana bread) and a strawberry/banana protein smoothie. |

| | | I had my pumpkin pie oatmeal again. I don't think I can ever eat oatmeal another way again.
Furthermore, today is a day of happiness for me. I stopped consuming dairy in January. Prior to that, I had a STARBUCKS habit... yeah... a latte every day. The only non-dairy that Starbucks uses is soy (GAG, BARF!) so I haven't had a good latte in... well... 6 months! I bought 2 shots of espresso and dumped them into a cup with almond milk and ice: Iced Almond Milk Latte!! And it tastes GOOD too! I'm so happy... I could almost cry!!!
