I just had to tease Lisa. Lisa I had a Wendy's spicy chicken filet with cheese & everything.
I got a meal deal & instead of a drink I got a strawberry shake.

I am not into white (bread, rice and sugar) but got a sweet tooth. I also want ice cream when I am stressed and some chips when I am working at night.

pizza - especially Lou Malnati's and Giordano's

Basically any desserts, fried food, and a lot of others since I was raised not to be a picky eater. I had a lot of unhealthy eating habits as a kid.

I avoid temptation by not buying my temptation foods because if I have a bag of chips in the house...99% of the time I end up eating more than I planned on or should be eating. But eating out, and especially eating out at buffets, is a lot tougher for me to resist lol.
