| | | Yummy low Calorie and/or healthy treats I am starting a thread about yummy diet friendly foods or tips you may have. It can be old loves or new discoveries. I will start it off with orange cream bars. (50/50 bars.) They have about 140 calories and they make that sweet tooth feel better.

Chocolate Fudge Brownie frozen yogurt with live active cultures
Chile Spiced Mango
Low-fat, low-sodium instant ramen (I can't remember the specific brand, but it's sold in packages where they carry the typical Cup O' Noodles...they only have Chicken, Beef, and Shrimp flavor)
Salad with fat free dressing
Spicy hummus (I like Athenos) and baby carrots
Morningstar "chicken" and "beef" patties

| | | clif kids bars (especially the chocolate brownie one) are really good and super filling. trader joe's vanilla yogurt + their maple granola + fruit tastes almost exactly like mcd's fruit n yogurt parfait without all those funny chemicals. apples w/ peaunt butter are really good. quorn chicken herb patties are also quite tasty.

| | There are some pretty good bars here: Bodybuilding.com - Protein Bars Listing! Find The Perfect Protein Bar!
I usually get the detour oatmeal bars. They are a good quick snack. Pretty heavy so I just eat 1/4 or 1/2 of a bar at a time and save the rest for later.

Here is the green tea yogurt - it does have Splenda in it, but it's so good! Silhouette 0+ – Danone it may just be Canadian but it looks like Trader Joes has something similar.

| | | mine are not so much low calorie, but low carb.
-meat rollups - extra lean meat slices w/ cream cheese spread, then rolled up
-crunchie peanut butter just scooped out on a spoon (it is dry, so you don't end up eating spoonfuls)
-ice cream - coconut milk mixed with sugar free syrup (like cinnamon dolce from Starbucks!) then freeze until slushy
-veggie bowl - just stick some frozen veggie mix in the microwave, put some butter salt and pepper in and eat!

Fat free refried beans are really healthy (tons of fiber) and they keep you full! I like the lime flavored ones.
Also when I am tired of plain water I squeeze some lemon juice in there. I buy that lemon juice that is in the bottle that is shaped like a lemon.
