I bought mine from bodybuilding.com. They have great customer service and really fast shipping. It is one of the cheapest places I found it also. Plus, if you use ebates.com you get 6% cash back.

Here is the link.
Bodybuilding.com - AllMax Nutrition IsoNatural - Zero Sugar! On sale now!

I"ve bought mine at a couple places. Nutrition House is one of them. Can't remember the name of the other place. It's very hard to find because it's always out of stock.

Honest question: is there any particular reason why people don't seem to manage to get the required daily amount of protein (which isn't that much anyway) through their diet? I wonder because I have no problem with that, and I just eat healthy (whole wheat stuff, some soy, beans etc, I'm a vegetarian).

When you're trying to build muscle, you require a higher amount of protein. Shakes would supplement your regular protein intake, not replace it.

That is a good question Jenn and it is pretty much what Geebs said, if you are trying to build muscle (and in turn loose body fat) then eating high amounts of protein is important.

I guess shakes are also convenient if you have a busy lifestyle. I don't do whey protein or any milk proteins. I usually have pea protein (vegan pea protein...works really well!) in the morning because it is a quick and easy way to get my protein. But i really only do one shake in the AM and i will have a post workout shake that contains protein but also contains a fast digesting carb (waxy maize) to replenish. Again the main reason why i do this is because it is fast and easy. I just put the powder in a glass jar that i take with me to the gym, add water, shake it up and drink.
