Availability of Styles and Washes

Just wondering how it varies from country to country. I bought a pair of Riohmas in I think the wash is 846 in like 03 in Bahrain ( Middle East) at the Diesel store in the mall there. I have noticed that this wash was available in US market but not in that cut or style.
