diesel slickap made in columbia? auth plzz

Hey everyone!
I've been doing a little bit of googlin'

trying to find info on these.. i saw
that they do make them in columbia but im not sure if wiki's info is correct so,
any info you can give would be appreciated

ps..there is micro stitching on the diesel red tag if that helps any...

one more thing...the words diesel and some other writing is visible on micro stitch when viewed with magnifying glass..

There has been some debate over those tags. IMO they are fake. If you search AF for threads about Diesel + Columbia you can find more info on this subject.

hi, thanx for quick reply....ok, i looked at the previous conversation between u and mdproject..lol...that was hilarious he was steadfast in defending his diesels lol..but u just ripped into him ...lol ...Idalis says her hook-up says" No Diesels in Columbia"...nuff said...thank u! see how easy that was..i didn't even complain of try and defend mine ... its getting tuff out here trying to buy legit jeans they are faking micro stitching down to the lettering on it...

Those Columbia made jeans have been around for a while. Diesel did have a plant there a long time ago. I don't know that jeans were ever made there though. prior to the 2000's I have never seen a pair of jeans that was made anywhere but Italy. They closed that plant, and the manufacturer probably just continued making products.

I have seen several 2010 Diesel made in Tunisia. I'm pretty sure they're not fake.

If you read my post I said PRIOR to 2000. After that point in time Diesel has made jeans in Tunisia, Romania, Morocco.
