No, you did nothing wrong, it's just a long running joke with me and some other guys on here about Thanaz. I am personally not a fan but a whole lot of guys on here seem to like the Thanaz and I can't figure out why. To each his own I guess. Not too schooled on the Slammer either although Treasurehoard and Zeplock could probably help you out.

^ I can't figure out why you are still going on and on about this. Your first thread was locked. There is no reason to continue spouting your nonsense in every thread that pops up about a cut you dislike. OP wasn't asking for an opinion on how people felt about the Thanaz cut. They were asking for sizing help. If you don't have anything to offer then you can just move on to the next thread.

To answer your question OP. This is what I tell my buyers:

Quote:
The best way to determine fit is by comparing measurements. We recommend measuring a pair of jeans that fits you good and then comparing those measurements with the actual measurements that we have included in the listing. If you are unsure of how to take the correct measurements we recommend this handy guide:

Blue in Green . . . A men's lifestyle store

They use industry standards to measure their jeans and we also use those same standards to measure ours.

Each person’s body is different and clothing will fit each person in different ways. We feel that things like True To Size (TTS), Runs Large, Runs Small etc does not accurately describe how an item fits. It is too vague to determine for certain how an item will fit.
Of course you can use other factors to help you determine fit ... like how much the jeans may stretch out with wear. You should still compare measurements when you factor in these other variables.

From What I could tell you need W30 or may be 29 in thanaz. But I'm sure its gonna be W30 more likely !

Its hard to tell cos nobody know how Thanaz 73J actually fits. Where do you planning to buy them ??

This is you denying you are going on about it.

If someone asks for something that requires your opinion on Thanaz then feel free to give it. Don't go into every thread about Thanaz or other cuts/brands etc that you dislike and start shitting them up just because you do not like them. I doubt anyone wants to hear your opinion when they never asked for it.

This is the OP:

Size up or down ?

The 2 questions are bolded for your convenience. The question was not:

Quote:
What do you think of Thanaz? Would you wear Thanaz?
If it was then your posts would be acceptable.

It was about the subject, about the fact that I dont like the jeans, The Jeans being the subject, Me not liking them being my objective opinion. Last time I checked we live in a free country where I am free to spout my disdain(nonsense) towards whatever the hell I want.

Just like IRL no one on this forum wants to hear you spout shit from your mouth all the time.

Everyone and their mother can talk all the shit in the world about Zaf as soon as I mention Thanaz you have a hissy fit, Get over it, It's only my opinion, the only reason you dont laugh is b/c you like them well what about the people who like Zaf? Close down the links making fun of Zaf.No you dont do that b/c you are one of the guys making fun of Zaf, which you all go on and on about but that's OK, right? But making fun of Thanaz is strictly prohibited. Everytime someone asks for an auth check on Zaf 796 you all go out of your way to bust his balls(So that's alright?)

And I am also sick of people who rip other people off by taking a pair of destroyed 772's or X-Rotucks and putting a 300 dollar price tag on them

Actually no. Every time someone does a check for anything that I dislike I do not go out of my way to do anything ... except answer the question about authenticity. I don't could care less what other people wear or buy with their own money. It is none of my business (unless they are buying it from me in which case it is my business ).

Your thread about Thanaz was fine and would have been left unlocked until you decided to start posting disrespectful homophobic BS. I specifically talked to Pam (admin) prior to locking that thread and deleting your signature. She approved both. If you would like to take it up with her I would be happy to bring her to this thread.

Ok just to appease you I swear Ill only make fun of other cuts of diesel, If you could please just give me a list of the ones you don't wear. Thank you. I by the way am the only person who gets shit from you for making fun of a jean. It goes on constantly and you never say a fucking word to anyone else, Am I making sense to you? If your going to jump all over me for making fun of Thanaz from now on I will expect you to jump on everyone just the same for every other cut they make fun of, It's only fair and that's what you stand for, right?

It had nothing to do with homosexual anything it had to do with the fact it's your favorite jean and you went to Pam saying,"Look at this asshole making fun of homosexuals and she followed your lead."

It is really not that important to me and I am sorry if I upset you or anyone else, I just don't see why you have a problem with me saying anything about Thanaz when others can say whatever they want about Zaf. seems unfair

My sig said. Thanaz is king of the rainbow scene. Rainbow being an international symbol of gay rights, Therefore all I said was Thanaz is Gay, That is it. That is not homophobic anything.

If an author writes a book that uses the N word does that automatically make him a racist?

Actually I sold all my Thanaz ... and the majority of the rest of my jeans. I don't even own a pair of Diesel right now. I have 2 pairs of R&R 1 Taylor & 1 Floyd and 1 pair of Nudies Straight Sven. None of those are skinny cuts.
