Something I found that works for leather smudges...

I have a khaki coach signature bag, and it had a few dirt smudges on the leather bottom that I tried to get off with leather cleaner, without luck. So, I decided to try another product that had worked on other difficult marks....the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. It worked fantastic, took off all of the smudges. I should have taken a before picture, but didn't, but here is an after picture.
So anyway, if you have some smudges that seem unremovable, give this a try....

i also want to know how to clean suede. my parents got me a bag at the coach outlet and the suede bottom is already filthy and i never put it on the ground or anything. does coach clean the bags if you bring them into the store or should i take it to a dry cleaners? I am never buying a suede bag again.

Ugh, I have the WORST luck with suede. It's so pretty... until you use it!! I generally like to avoid it because I don't know how to clean it.
