I can't tell too much from these pics but I would say fake. Bolinas is so highly faked and the fact that the seller has two pairs showing in the first pic doesn't help much.
IMO, this wash runs big. I bought this in my usual size and they don't fit me well. Still debating whether to sell them or try to shrink them. I think since you're between sizes, go with a 24.
I think these are fake...the wash looks bad, typical bad bolinas wash...I have these in my stretch size, so they do run a tad big...a 24 might be best for you.

I agree, fake! As for the sizing of them, for when you find an authentic pair... everyone told me to size down, so I did... but then they were too small! That was after washing and drying though so maybe they stretch a lot??? If I had to do it over again, I'd get my regular size.

i bought bolinas from colleen (ccmac) and even after wearing them twice, the waist on the 26 is 14 inches. i don't think i would size up, but mine don't run big and will probably not be put in the dryer.
Still debating whether to sell them or try to shrink them. I think since you're between sizes, go with a 24.
