Have COH berlin serpent jeans been faked?

I was checking out this seller, but the stock photos look different than the pair that is being sold.

yeah they have been faked, and those are fake , all the sellers jeans are fake.

But why post stock photos and pictures of the fake jeans, when you can obviously see the difference?
