Is the "Pacific Ocean" wash different from "Pacific Blue"?

I was browsing online and noticed that Revolve sells Ingrids in Pacific Blue, Shopbop sells Ingrids in Pacific Ocean, but in the photos both look the same to me. (Also, Bloomingdales sells Ingrids in New Pacific, which I can't seem to distinguish from either of the Shopbop or Revolve pairs' washes.) Are these all the same wash?
