Personally, I'm convinced he has a mental disorder. We actually talked about him in my abnormal psych class. He shows a lot of symptoms for bipolar and schizoaffective disorder. He obviously has issues with substance abuse as well.

Does he do drugs because he's mentally ill or is he mentally ill because he does drugs? If the reports of his substance abuse are true with respect to type/amount, his behavior doesn't seem abnormal to me.
