| | | I am thinking suicide as well, but her heart could be compromised from years of recreational drug use (methadone for pain and/or heroin addiction) as well as TrimSpa. Ephedrine is very bad for your heart and she could have had major damage from those pills and not even know it.

The attack was mild but it tore a hole in the lining of her heart and the blood leaked out and filled the sac around her heart and caused what is known as "cardiac tampanade."
I am sure Anna Nicole's family will have the best medical examiners doing the autopsy. I am still in shock!

But I had agreed with Koala....she had a tormented life I hope she is at peace now as well, I feel for her child.
She could have very well accidentally OD, or had heart failure related to all the medications....its a draw, but none the less very sad

They made the distribution of it illegal but stores that had a supply of it left were allowed to sell out of it but were not allowed to reorder any.
There is definately something wierd going on here, but i do wonder if it was suicide as she had so much happening to her both past and present.
I really hope everything goes well for her daughter though... |

Her money isn't going to her step son. That is yet to be determined. Her step son, E. Pierce Marshall is dead anyway and any other step children that were J. Howard's can't get the money that will one day be determined to be hers. That money will go to her estate now that she is dead. Her daughter, Danni Lynn will stand to inherit ALL of her money--every last cent of it because her "marriage" to Howard K. Stern isn't completely legal. Her estate will still battle for the money she stands to inherit from her late hubby, J. Howard Marshall, II's estate--she is still fighting for that. After all the legal battles are settled, DanniLynn will be one very wealthy little girl--but she will probably be an adult before its all over anyway.
