It's interesting that they have women under 5'7.... but this season seems like it's going to be very weird...... that one Amber girl (I think that's her name?) seemed way out of it!

Anyone else watch it and have any thoughts?

Tyra said she's been fighting to have a cycle of under 5'7s for a few years now. One thing that's bugged me about this show is they don't pick girls that would make it. Instead they go for the entertainment value. It would be nice for them to do a season of girls who you would actually see on the runways or in commercial ads. I've done commercial/print for years, am under 5'7, too old to tryout for ANTM though, lol. So I'm slightly interested in this season. Not sure if I'll really watch it. I might give it a try. I haven't seen too many of the girls on this season but that one crazy girl every season has one or two or three. Which I understand as it is a show it's more about ratings then future careers. But would love see a season of girls no matter what height and size who actually have the look for their division.

im not particularly loving any of the girls. nicole is kind of interesting but i'll have to wait and see. as of now, i dont have a favorite. i don't like bianca's attitude though. did any of you have a girl you're rooting for?

It's like watching a bunch of whiny, screaming, junior high girls this season. I'm really not excited.
I kinda like the girl with the real thick accent, I think she's funny (The one that had to pose wih the baby doll and stuck it under her arm like a purse saying "come, on.. we're goin to the mall", But watching most of them is like listening to nails on a chalk board.

I only caught the first thirty minutes and so far I totally agree. Slightly OT but did anyone else notice Fo from cycle 13 modeling on revolve?

oh my gosh i know! i thought it was so weird that they sent her home after the challenge. is this going to make the season shorter? or did they start with more girls than normal? anyways, i hope their challenges go back to normal.. i didn't really like the challenge part in this episode very much.

i'm glad they eliminated who they did; the bitchiness of lulu and ashley was really getting on my nerves. it was interesting to see a different side of bianca though.

my favorites at this point are nicole and brittany; nicole looks most model-esque to me at this point. even though she is kind of weird, she seems more mature than a lot of the other girls do.
