I turned 20 right before my oldest was born, which didn't seem young to me. A girl in my town had her first at 15 and she and her DH have 3 now, and she's one of the best "young moms" I've ever seen, her children are angels (I'm actually quite jealous and wonder what her secrets are  )
But yep, its definitely all a relative thing

Vonnie, I know China only allows ONE child, however, that doesn't stop them from only having one child. Many have more and sell them or leave them places. The laws and fines haven't stopped some of them from having more then one.
