| | | Designer denim in movies.
Before buying my 7FAMs, I knew hardly anything about designer denim. Now, as a member of this forum I have learned a lot and sometimes I can recognize it, and have been recognizing it in movies a lot lately.
Here goes:
In 13 Going on 30 I believe Jennifer Garner is wearing 7FAM towards the end when she goes to her ex-best friend's wedding.
In John Tucker Must Die, I think Brittany Snow is wearing a pair of 7FAM when she's in detention.
In Bring it On: All or Nothing, Hayden Panettiere was wearing Sevens on her first day at her new school, and another time too (and I watched less than half of the movie). Also, on her first day at that school, Solange Knowles was wearing COH.
Anyone else have some observations? Just curious. |

Match Point: Scarlett Johanssen & the actress that plays's Chris's wife (the brunette) wear Sevens throughout the movie
Just Friends: In addition to the COH Naomi skirt, Amy Smart wears Blue Cults when Ryan Reynolds injures himself in the ice skating scene
The Devil Wears Prada: Sometime in the movie, an extra is wearing Sevens while walking down the street (this short is really visible)
I know Aishwarya Rai wears Sevens in some of her movies, I think...
Mean Girls: Lindsay Lohan wears TR Joeys.
I can think of a zillion TV shows where I've seen designer denim too! |

| | Not a movie, but One Tree Hill is ALWAYS chock full of TR and Sevens. One episode from season 2 had these girls dancing on a bar in a row wearing MNE studded A's, Haley's older sister lived in a pair of pink painted pockets, and Sophia Bush is always wearing TR Joeys

| | | YES; Patricia Heatons is always in COH. She also wears 7, juicy and a burberry coat once. I never understood how a stay at mom mother of 3 had extensive designer wear (unless she purshased off ebay). Ally wore 7 and COH as well. |

Veronica Mars: 1st season was full of SFAM sigs and some COH. I spotted Juicy in 2 episodes too.
2nd season - a lot of TR (the Joeys in Medium Vintage, I think, showed up a lot!)
3rd season: So far I've only spotted AG on Jason Dohring (Logan)
the OC: Seven, COH, Chip & Pepper (on Ryan), TR (I know Sadie wore them in season 3, not sure about the main cast), Paige (on Summer, Julie, Charlotte, possibly other women), R&R, Marc by Marc Jacobs jeans (in the 2nd season, on Marissa) are some brands that I've noticed. and I think I saw Joe's on an episode a few weeks ago...not sure though.
8 Simple Rules: Seven sigs (on Bridget and maybe Cate?), COH (on Cate). I've seen a ton of Juicy on Bridget too, and Cate wears a Burberry jacket in a few episodes. I'm almost sure Kerry has worn Diesel jeans too.
Friends: Lots of Seven on the women, Juicy, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc. |
