Watched the movie on DVD today.
Cried and cried.
Partial headache and puffy eyes now.

We took the kids and friends when it came out! I love it! DD and her little friend cried and so did I. I just adore that little actress that played the girl. she is adorable!

I didn't know the ending and my husband did, so he ruined it for me half way through the movie. I couldn't watch the rest of it.

I liked the movie...I didn't know much about it and was hoping it was going to be more like the Chronicles of Narnia, but it was very different. I cried too.

I read the book many, many years ago.

Just watched the movie a few nights ago. It was cute, and of course, I cried too.

Liz, I agree, that little girl is adorable. But for some reason I couldn't help but think "I hope she doesn't turn out like all these other actresses that were so cute when little (i.e. Lindsey Lohan)"

Oh no! I just finished watching this! I couldn't stop the tears from streaming down!!!! The little blonde girl is sooo pretty, she sings on the soundtrack too.

We just got this on blu ray... loved it! I wished it could have gone on longer though... or have a sequel... I wasn't ready for it to end
