I saw this win many oscars this year yet i saw no trailers so I dont really know much about it. I have heard a good buzz about it though,has anyone here seen it to attest to its buzz? Thanks!

Watch it, it's wonderful. It's a dark Alice in Wonderland/fantasy movie. It is subbed, and I suppose you'd have to like fantasy to begin with but I enjoyed it.

I thought this movie was brilliant. I had never seen any previews or anything either so I had very little idea what it would be like. It had some very violent scenes that took me by surprise. The idea sort of reminded me of "Life is Beautiful" where the Dad convinces his son they are playing a game when really they are in a concentration camp. Same thing with how this girl (I thought) is living in this horrible time with these horrible things happening and she finds her escape.
