| | | nitric oxide is a vasodilator and supplementing is dangerous if you have low blood pressure or any sort of heart condition. i study the effects of nitric oxide on cancer progression, and it has mostly a promotional role in the growth and metastasis of solid tumors. |

google nitric oxide + heart to learn about it's role as a heart medication, and nitric oxide + cancer to learn about it's role in carcinogenesis |

| | | I forgot to mention that nitric oxide interferes with platelet aggregation and the clotting response
and also, the actions of the drug Viagra are mediated by nitric oxide promoting effects

Ooo, I was thinking about giving NoXplode a trial run. Vik, I may pm you in the future to talk about its effects :-p
At 15, weight lifting alone, much less supplements, is already a lot more than most kids do.

| | | i take NO-Xplode before i wight lift daily and so far no ill affects... and it has DEFINATELY aided my performance in the gym and my mucsle growth has increased rapidly. just to let you know, NO-Xplode is based less on nitrous oxide and more on creatine. which is perfectly safe to use, except the long term effects of creatine have not yet been studied.
at your age i dont reccomend it, in fact i dont reccomend wightlifting at all merely because your gains will be minimal as your are not yet fully developed. |

Good marketing...thats all this stuff is. | I'm sure there are studies like that, but I'd expect more studies to show that it actually does stuff cause NO does A LOT of stuff in your body naturally. Probably the most common known thing that it does is serve as a vasodilating messenger. (It's also how Viagra works ;-)).
