i take NO-Xplode before i wight lift daily and so far no ill affects... and it has DEFINATELY aided my performance in the gym and my mucsle growth has increased rapidly. just to let you know, NO-Xplode is based less on nitrous oxide and more on creatine. which is perfectly safe to use, except the long term effects of creatine have not yet been studied.

at your age i dont reccomend it, in fact i dont reccomend wightlifting at all merely because your gains will be minimal as your are not yet fully developed.

i def son't think u need it at 15. 17 is when i started w/ supplements. just hit the gym hard and make sure to get ur meals in, and by meals i mean quallity food not micky ds eyc.

I'm sure there are studies like that, but I'd expect more studies to show that it actually does stuff cause NO does A LOT of stuff in your body naturally. Probably the most common known thing that it does is serve as a vasodilating messenger. (It's also how Viagra works ;-)).
