Has anyone tried this or heard anything about it? There is a place that does it in Kansas City so I am hearing a bunch of advertisements about it. It costs $650 a session and it takes 4-9 sessions to get the results you want so i cant afford it anyway, but I'm still curious about it b/c i've never heard of injecting stuff into your fat to make it disappear.

I've gotten shots to my stomach/fat area once before in Mexico. I think it's like 5 shots for $25, twice a week. I tried it and it didn't work for me. My co-worker's friend has lost weight with that and taking diet pills. So maybe it's the diet pills?

I'm 127 lbs. and I feel heavy. I've never been over 120 lb and that was in high school. I've managed to be average 112-118. So now I feel so fat. I want to get lipo (again), but I don't know when that will be. In the meantime, I'm looking for something inexpensive and efficient.

(No exercise)

Anyway, so I was looking on here to see if I would find something on those Fat burning belts (Sauna Twin, Velform Sauna Belt) and on some Lipo-something pills. I've never taken pills before, but I'm getting frustrated with this weight. With the new baby it's hard to find time and energy for exercise.

Anyone know if these suana belts work?

I don't know about the belts or pills, but beware of "quick fixes".

Don't take this the wrong way -- but IMO the only way to lose weight and really keep it off (or maintain a weight) over an extended period of time is lifestyle changes. That's probably not what anyone wants to hear though. About 30 years ago my mom went from 180 to 120 pounds by changing her diet and exercising daily, and she has been 120 since (except while pregnant). My mom's over 50 and has 3 kids ... but people think she's about 35 due to the shape she's in.

bella, have you gotten lipo before and you are wanting it again? i think the quick fixes like the belts and "miracle" pills for melting tummy fat are just scams. the only way to get off fat and keep it off is a lifestyle change IMO. lipo will get the fat off, but if you have bad lifestyle habits you will gain the pounds back.

I got lipo Nov. '04 then 2 weeks after I met my husband. I was partying a lot for a few months then around May he asked me to get married. We got married in June and then I got pregnant in August. So I didn't get too "enjoy" the lipo too much. I wasn't fat then or now. I got it because I wanted to shape my body. That is what I want now. I have a friend who did her entire body (legs, underarms, thighs, tummy, back) and she was on the big side and she still looks good. Her body has a figure. A pregnancy changes everything. At least for me.
