| | | Supplements Someone suggested this thread. Good idea.
Question about creatine: I've read conflicting opinions on whether a loading cycle is necessary. Thoughts? |

| | | For creatine monohydrate, it is recommended to take in 20g (4 servings) for about 3-5 days during the loading process and 5g maintainance thereafter. If you do choose to use creatine, cycle it 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
For creatine ethyl esther, there is no need for the loading phase apparently.
Either way, I don't think loading phases are all that neccessary. Even for creatine monohydrate. |

| | | I used monohydrate and I did load it . . . I found it helpful, but I dunno you might be able to do without, I did just to be on the safe side (safe as in making sure I had enough in my body to make it effective) |

| | | Creatine Monohydrate didn't work that well for me... I tended to store waterweight in my midsection
Eric, that is not bad.... I haven't used creatine for almost a year now. I just stick to a good whey protein powder for now. I'll start to increase supplementation w/ bcaa's, glutamine, zma, and a thermogenic when i start cutting. |

| | | Paul, actually I am not sure if they ship to Canada... they have a flat rate shipping for orders w/i the continental US.
They are really nice though, so they may be able to do it for you!
They are located in Florida. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
