I'm shaped like Sponge-Bob Squarepants....

I need to define my waist really bad. I have stick thin arms, hips, and legs but big boobs and my waist isn't as defined as it should be....is there help for me?

I don't know, but if you figure out the answer, let me know!

Honestly, most likely it's genetics. That's what my problem is. Even when I was at my thinnest, I never really had a defined waist.

I too think it is probbly genetics...maybe your waist is a difficult spot to loose weight. But all is not totally lost. You could try doing crunches on a yoga ball and even try doing some yoga/pilates which are really good for stregnthening your core muscles and giving you some shape and definition.

BTW, your topic made me giggle. It reminded me of an episoe where patrick decided to try on spongebob's square pants...

You're just an apple shape...fortunately the trends today (billowy tops and leggings for your tiny legs) are very friendly to apples...the only thing you have to watch out for is that if you gain a lot of weight it'll all be on your belly and that's bad for your heart.

sincerely,
an envious pear whose legs are probably wider than your waist

I'd rather be a pear shape

If your waist is the only area that you are not happy with you might be a good candidate for liposuction. It's the only way to spot reduce.

I can't wear billowy tops because I have huge boobs....they look soooo stupid on me. After looking at some recent pictures I have decided that I aren't as bad as I thought....

A good style of top to wear is one that is fitted right under your bust and then flows away from your body. Your large rack will create the illusion of a smaller waist. But having the top fit loose around the rest of your torso will obscure your problem area.
