ok well i got the dvd... put it in the dvd player and watched it first...
ok.. it looked easy enough... and if i needed to learn something i could pause it until i get it right....
uggggghhhhhhhh it totally kicked my ass!!!!!! my abs and my back hurt like hell. the exercises were actually easy... it was just the thing of being able to do them. i have a really boney backand tail bone so it hurt like hell when i had to "roll" up and down... maybe i should invest in a cushy mat?
omg... the girls on the video make it look so easy when they lay flat on their back and bring their legs and upper body straight up to form a V... i couldn't even lift my top half off the floor...
but anyways.. it was fun.. kinda...
i like how almost every move works almost every muscle in ur body...
