| | | | Favorite exercise and why? I like running because it's simple and only requires shoes. Plus, I always feel good about myself when I finish a good run, even in the rain |

| | | Running, but I can't do it now because I'm a gimp.
I love soccer like mad, and also really do enjoy weight lifting, yoga and spinning.
Nothing beats soccer and running though - being outside and feeling so free and powerful is great. |

| | | Rock climbing. Indoor in the winter, outdoor in the summer. It is a full body workout and cadio all in one. It's also great for flexibility. Very good for the mind as well! |

| | My favorite exercise...well that's easy..it's actually two exercises for one body part.
Eating and talking, best exercises EVER!
Really works those jaw muscles!

| | | I play tennis nearly 5-6 times a week. i used to play soccer a ton but then i started tennis and now i just pretty much do tennis all the time.
It's my favorite because it's about what i do and it clears my mind. its very fluid and technical.

| | | I have to agree with Lizm75... as if you couldn't tell from my username. Climbing is the best. I haven't been doing much of it since I broke my leg on a climbing trip, though. (Of course, I broke my leg walking back to the car.)
So, all you runners... teach me to love running! What's the magic? I WANT to love it... ;-)
