Favorite exercise and why?

I like running because it's simple and only requires shoes. Plus, I always feel good about myself when I finish a good run, even in the rain

i like pilates. I feel so relaxed and happy and calm when I do it...I just close my eyes and do all the moves. Plus, it tones my tummy!

Running, but I can't do it now because I'm a gimp.

I love soccer like mad, and also really do enjoy weight lifting, yoga and spinning.

Nothing beats soccer and running though - being outside and feeling so free and powerful is great.

Cycling...so much easier on my hips than running and I have a bike path in front of my house that has a beautiful view of a river. Oh and pilates too!!

I love pilates, but even more than that, I love my water rower. I can get on that thing and get a phenomenal workout while having a blast!

Rock climbing. Indoor in the winter, outdoor in the summer. It is a full body workout and cadio all in one. It's also great for flexibility. Very good for the mind as well!

My favorite exercise...well that's easy..it's actually two exercises for one body part.

Eating and talking, best exercises EVER!

Really works those jaw muscles!

Running because it works. Don't get me wrong though, I don't liketo run- I run because if I don't my jeans get too tight to wear.

I play tennis nearly 5-6 times a week. i used to play soccer a ton but then i started tennis and now i just pretty much do tennis all the time.
It's my favorite because it's about what i do and it clears my mind. its very fluid and technical.

I have to agree with Lizm75... as if you couldn't tell from my username. Climbing is the best. I haven't been doing much of it since I broke my leg on a climbing trip, though. (Of course, I broke my leg walking back to the car.)
So, all you runners... teach me to love running! What's the magic? I WANT to love it... ;-)
