Jogging Stroller Help...

Does anyone personally know if the Bob Revolution Joggers are good for running on trails? It's either that or the Bob Ironman...or whatever else I can get through REI. I have $375 credit to REI and want to get a new jogger to use w/ the baby when my son goes biking...

Why don't you ask the people at REI? They should be able to tell you. I used a "Baby Jogger" and it went everywhere.

i did, but they couldn't tell me much about the bob revolution. i want to get it, but am worried about actually running with it...it has plastic wheels and i'm not sure if the turning wheel would really be good on a trail or not...

was hoping one of the mom's here had one...

From what I've seen, most people with any kind of Bob jogger use it on city streets. I have a Baby Jogger and it works excellently on trails (even pretty rocky hiking trails)... but the long chassis makes it a beast to navigate on city streets. When my second child was born, I bought a Dreamer Designs double jogger. It is made by former Baby Jogger employees, but is shorter and has better creature features, like separate curved hoods and nicer storage pockets.

I have a BOB and I have got to tell ya....not too thrilled with it. I jog at a trail near my house, and this stroller, because it has no swivel wheel in the front, makes it very hard to turn the corners/winds in the trail. I have to really slow down my pace in order to turn. It does have great shocks though.
