this is perfect!!! I was actually going to post a thread for vegetarian/vegan recipes. I'm having a dinner night later this week, and I've got a few friends who are vegetarian, and my best friend is vegan!

I make veggie lasagna sometimes. Just use frozen spinach, brocolli, tomatoes, or whatever veggies you prefer instead of ground beef.

i guess i will be making a lot of stir fry, steaming veggies and veggie lasagna tastes soo good! i will definitely try making that sometimes soon!
