Congratulations! You have worked hard and now you finally can reap the rewards. I am also on weight watcher and I've lost about 11 pounds after a minor setback (vacation ugh) but Im right back on the horse as of this week so I can only hope to be as successful as you!
Did you do any exercising also or just weight watchers? If you did exercise please tell me how much/how many days etc.

I exercise alot!!! I try for 5 days a week. I did alot of cardio in the beginning and then I moved on to weight training. It's funny how you look forward to working out.

Wow, you look amazing! You should be so proud of yourself! And you did it the right way, which is (IMO) the only way to lose weight and keep it off. You must feel so good and be so proud of yourself.

There's a few on Forest Ave. and at least one in New Dorp ... I forget their name but they have a TV commercial. I'm on the north shore though.

Kelly walking a mile or two 3-5 days a week will get you off to a good start but you should incorporate some light weight training in with and and the lbs will fall off. Seriously all you'd need is som 3-5 lbs weights and you can do it at home for like 30 mins a day. I can do cardio all day but if i dont incorporate weights i dont lose or tone.

Wow! I'm super impressed! Congrats to you!

So is WW a lifestyle or a diet plan?

Just curious, does any one do protein shakes and do those help you lose weight at all?

CONGRATS! I lost 20 ibs with weight watchers. I haven't lost more in a while because I haven't been strict but it definitly teaches you how to eat right. You are my motivation to stick with it for a while more!!!

Did you actually go to the meetings? i didn't.
