I am interested in seeing how many steps I take in a day. When I do work out, I never can estimate how far I've run or walked. I think maybe having a pedometer might be more motivating for me to make it to the next mile marker, etc. (Maybe this is wishful thinking! haha  )
Do you have pedometers? Do you use them or do they collect dust?!
Any brand recommendations would be great!

| | | I have three. One from Walmart that is decent, one from Weight Watchers that is fantastic and my third one is very old and doesn't log steps but miles. I go through stages with them. The problem for me is it's very hard for me to keep it level on my waistline. I'm not sure if I'm alone on this one though.

i like mine i try to get 10k steps a day when i have it on!

Me too! I did the survey a few days ago. I can't wait for it to get here and start logging my miles!! The fact that it is free is AWESOME! Thanks for the link!

| | | I bought one on the advice of my cousin, because she said hers makes her get up and move more and to try and meet the ten thousand steps a day most people are suppose to get. Well, I suck, cuz I got half that my first day. My cousin averages 14 000 a day, and that's not including the 8 mile jog she does in the morning. Geez! |
