IMO it is NOT a good idea to get Phentermine off the internet without a Rx. The monthly Dr's visits are to make sure your friend is doing ok taking the medication. Taking Phentermine can cause extremely high blood pressure, which can lead to a stroke. Also it can cause heart valve defects. Any one taking Phentermine should be closely monitored by a health care professional. So your friend may save "lotsa $$" getting it off the internet but in the long run it could cost her a lot more than money....

so back on topic...lol...my mom got a bottle of ACV (the Bragg brand) after hearing about it somewhere and I tried it by taking maybe a shot's worth before a big meal. I think I actually did lose a couple pounds from doing that...at least it sort of got me off my plateau and I think it does help you digest (large) meals more efficiently.

I agree...phentermine is not something to be played with. And people trying to loose "a couple pounds" shouldn't be taking it either. It is my understanding that it is designed for people who are obese. And in the event that you get the dr.'s ok to take it, you do need to be monitored.

I may try some apple cider vinegar however i am not that into hoodia as it mainly works as an appetite suppresant and i need to eat, i just watch everything that i do eat.

^^take it as a shot, like literally in a shotglass and chase with water! I tried making the "bragg health drink" and it was like drinking salad dressing so I wasn't about to do that again. After 4 years of college I've gotten pretty good at downing shots

She hasnt itched in 3 days now and she feels so much better. They also said i can put it in her water and this will help with the PH level of her skin. It also has a lot of other healing properties for dogs and cats.

Apple Cider Vinegar Cures for Dogs.
I know this is an old thread but I just had to say thanks FriskyL for posting this.
I checked out the link and it has been a huge help

I have gone through countless "treatments" (and big bucks ) for my dog with itching and scratching. Nothing worked so I am definitely going to try this.
and I'll try it for myself, I need to lose a few pounds
