Before and after

I also did the weight watchers program. It is such a wonderful program! I started at 222.6 lbs and currently have been maintaining my weight at 153lbs. I am getting married in November and desperately need to loose 13 lbs or so!

Thanks everyone BUT ... How the heck do you lose that last little bit? I have been at 153 for 1 1/2 years or so now ... and can not seem to lose? I know ... I know, exercise is probably the only way eh?

I am a lifetime member as of 3/25/06. Those last 10 pounds took forever. I would suggest exercise(of course) and change your food plan a little. Not sure if you ever tried Core from WW. But this is a great way to boost your metabolism. I can easily lose 4 pounds in a week doing core by the book. Good Luck. If you go tto www.weightwatchers.com they have forums there too. You can get alot of helpful ideas from people who are in the same situation as you. Again you look amazing!!!

Oh and I couldn't hide in photos I was too BIG

Congrats! I'm a weight watcher too. Have you heard about/tried the wendie plan? Go to the website and do a search. It's still following the program but mixes up the points for a week. I haven't tried it yet but heard it really helps to get you off a plateau.

PM me if u need more details.

You look really good but maybe you should switch from the points diet to the core diet... sometimes my mom switches it up. I think a change in diet could probably make the difference. Also exercise But congrats for coming this far Not many people have the willpower to stick with it.

Maybe I will try the core ... gonna have to read up on it. In the past, it has never really appealed to me ... but I am desperate to lose for my wedding and will try ANYTHING!

First off good job so far. With trying to gain or lose weight people definatley hit plateaus, I'm different because I was trying to gain, but to break through I started going really hardcore on food really timing my macronutrient profiles around my workout.

The application to your situation is that your body is used to your routine so your going to have throw it a new curve to lose more . . .

If you do a search on wendie on the ww website you'll get a ton of info about it. Or, go here http://www.stormpc.com/ww/wendie_plan.htm

Thanks .. the wendie plan sounds good. I also went and read up on the flex plan and I just don't think i could follow it. Maybe i'm just scared to learn something new. I have been following the points program for so long it is ingrained in my brain. I am going to try the wendie program and increase my exercise. Time to get serious. You guys have totally motivated me again! THanks!

It definitely is a challenge to figure out how to eat that many points in a day. It will take you a couple of weeks and some research to figure out really low point snacks. You guys are so lucky in to have all of the WW brand products. I've tried many of them and they are great.

Feel free to pm me if u need any help with the program!
