Ok you definitely should NOT be doing any exercise if you are ill! It will just take you longer to get well again! Seriously you need to rest and look after yourself until you get rid of your cold.
You may find that your energy levels are much improved when you are 100% well again. Its good that you are eating enough protein, also try to reduce refined carbs such as white bread, biscuits etc. And also reduce alcohol or only drink on days you dont workout. You may find an energy/sports drink taken before & during your wokout will help too
