I liked this book but I Nicholas Sparks. If you don't like the mushy romantic (not sleazy) stories then I can totally understand you not liking this book.

A walk to remember by Nicholas Sparks is seriously one of the best books ever IMO.

My 2, no 3 favs of his are The Notebook, The Wedding and Three Weeks With My Brother. Some of his books are a little predictable, but overall, I ALWAYS buy his books in hardback and I have almost everyone autographed now.
