It's really impossible to say, especially with only stock photos.
Just because items are only sold in a specific place does not mean that there isn't a secondary market for it. The first sale doctrine allows you to sell your legally owned possessions wherever you wish. Otherwise there would be pretty much nothing on ebay, right?
I'd be more concerned with that seller's feedback for sending wrong items and not refunding, and stuff of that nature honestly. 2 feedbacks out of 7 THOUSAND is hardly anything. Sell enough clearly authentic items, and sooner or later you will get an uneducated nut of a buyer claiming you sell fakes. Ask any major seller here. lol
