I bought some products on ebay and I'd really appreciate some help verifying that what I have are fakes as I am trying to get my money back from the seller.

This is the first time I've filed a dispute and I read an article : eBay Guides - Fake Benefit Cosmetics

I stuck all the pics on tumblr but I do not have the original pics other than those from the official benefit cosmetics site: Untitled

Has anyone else successfully received a refund for counterfeit products? If so, I'd really appreciate some help as Paypal is requesting me to return the products (which are no longer in their original condition)!

Message Idalis on here. I believe she can still write letters to help you get your money back on fake items. There is also a sticky in the rules area that tells you exactly how to proceed.
