Do under eye creams/serums really work?

Are there any that really do work or are they just a myth?

I've never been able to find one that works for me. My mom started using the Olay regenerist advanced anti-aging eye roller not too long ago though and it has worked wonders for her. I haven't seen her super much recently but for what I have seen, it's made a huge difference for her, she hardly ever has dark under eye bags now. I tried it also but it turned out that I'm allergic to it so it just gave me rashes. It seems like everyone responds differently to these creams/serums and some work better than others depending on the person. I'd love to find one that'll work for me.

In my opinion, no. It haven't worked for me at least. I've tried several by now and felt no difference (or excuse for the high price). I now use home remedies such as cucumber, ice or tea bags. You can find a lot of recopies for these on google and all you have to do is open the fridge.
