hair dye, white hair, allergic scalp

I'm very allergic to everything, I have psoriasis and eczema. I has been dyed my hair, since a year ago, using LOreal Casting Creme Gloss because is supposed to be low in amonia. I'm allergic to regular hair dyes, I tried a lot of brands with bad results, I tried henna and natural (herbal) dyes too.
Lately this dye is not working , I don't know why. Before, the color remained at least 3 weeks, now the color fade in a week! (I have 95% white hair, not gray, white like Santa Claus's hair ).

Any suggestions about soft dyes that can really cover white hair?, Something easy to get (I don't live in USA) and not very expensive, I don't want to expend too much in my hair. I have very healthy hair, I only use shampoo, not masks, creams, or any other hair products.

Thanks

Have you tried Bigen? I don't know what type of dye it is, but it comes in powder form in a little bottle and you just add water. It's ammonia free. I remember my Grandma used to use it a lot when I was young. She used to get it from the local Asian markets, but I saw that they sell it at Sally's beauty supply too recently. Hope this helps. If I run into any other products that might work for you, I'll let you know.

Try the Revlon hair color - itís ammonia-free. I tried it myself and aside from easy application, the color stays long. My sister is also allergic to hair dyes but when she tried it, her hair looks shinier and more manageable.
