thick/gooey nail polish?

What do you use to thin it out? I got a bottle of zoya restore or something like that, but didn't realize til I went to use it months later that it was cracked and everything evaporated out. My Seche Vite top coat isn't even half gone, but is ridiculously thick now.

Thanks!

I use to use some generic polish thinner from Sally's that worked good for a while, but after I had used it on my Seche Vite multiple times the SV didn't work well anymore. I think it had too much thinner in it. I have heard good things about Seche Restore for thinning it, and it is supposed to keep the polish working correctly as opposed to a normal thinner.
Hope that made some sense.

Thanks Rachel, I wasn't sure if some brands needed their own specific kind or not. I'll check ebay/amazon later

I use Seche Restore and I really like it. I go to a beauty supply place to buy it, and it only costs me like $5 I think.

Thanks Anna! Do you use it on your other polishes or just the Seche?

I use it on all my polishes, but mainly on Seche Vite and Poshe, since those seems to thicken a lot faster/easier than regular polishes. To keep my color polishes from thickening, I keep them in an Ikea helmer in an attic room so that they don't get too hot or too cold. That seems to help some.

Thanks I've had a problem with my zoya blacks getting thick quickly too. Off to order some! (I can't believe I'm in a huge city now, and I still do my shopping online So much easier with the boys though )

Sorry, I know this is old but ... Stacy I heard somewhere that if you keep nail polishes in the fridge (and take them out about half an hour before you use them) then they stay fresh longer! You could try that

Thanks! I would definitely try that... if I had a bigger fridge/less polish The Seche Vite drops seem to be doing the job though. I've brought a few of my old favorites back to life!
