This might be a stupid question. I've been wearing the liquid neutrogena lately. Is it a 1/4 teaspoon still even though it's not as thick as the regular sunscreen?

^I'd say yes, when I use the liquid LRP I have to do it in two layers but it still is about 1/4 teaspoon.

I did the same thing yesterday. Put on 50 and got burned

It was my fault though, I didn't reapply after getting out of the pool and then back in. Lesson learned.

You're very wrong about this. It's not brand especially you should look for, but filters, and the SPF AND PPD they provide. SPF85 or 100 is useless if it doesn't offer a high PPD at the same time.
