Hi guys Prom is coming up (April 30) and I am going to get my hair done before it! I'm really excited but I'm not sure exactly what I want. I think I want all of it up but I will consider anything cute. I am thinking about a loose chignon. My hair is very thick, wavy, and goes a couple inches past my shoulder.

I think a chignon would be really cute with some braiding on the side. I'll look for a picture. Last year for prom my hair was too long for a chignon, but I had some braids and a side ponytail (sounds kind of dumb when I describe it, but it was pretty). I loved the braids because they kept my hair out of my face and added interest to the hairstyle
