The good news is that we do ship internationally. However, the order must be placed via fax or phone. Currently, our website is not set up to ship internationally. You can, however, have an international billing address and a US shipping address. This is a good option if you have friends or family in the US, and then they can ship the package directly to you. If you wish to place your order via phone, you can reach us at 800.933.3365 or 206.303.4700. We are open 24 hours/day, seven days/week for your convenience. Any Personal Shopper who answers the phone can help you.
If you wish to place your order via fax, you can do so at 866.404.1852 or 206.303.6130. For faxed orders, please include the following information:
- Your complete billing address and phone number.
- Your complete shipping address and phone number if different than your billing information.
- All merchandise information including the item name, item number, size, color and price.
- Your credit card number with the expiration date.
- The bank phone number listed on the back of your credit card.
International shipping costs vary by country. The estimated shipping charge to Canada would be $ 35.00. Shipping charges do not include any duties or customs to be paid on the merchandise. The duties and custom fees are to be paid by the recipient.
Please note: We are unable to ship cosmetics and fragrance products or vendor-shipped items internationally. Typically, vendor shipped items can be identified as having a quoted delivery time frame of 5 ? 8 business days or longer.

The shipping service that we employ is DHL. If there are any duties or Tariffs that are due, they are collected at the time of delivery.
