Actually I found that a lot of e-Retailers exclude Canada from "International" or make a distinction. Maybe a lot of people inquire if Canada is included?
When I enter in a fake order on LabelSpree.com, there is indeed free shipping for orders > $100 for US
and Canada. They also require ID for international orders.
US orders are shipped by UPS, so I am also waiting on an email to confirm that shipping to Canada is via USPS.
Great! Now I want to buy a dress from them!
