| A couple general guidelines for bodybuilding (packing on lean mass, decreasing bf%)
- Carbs are not bad. Eat your carbs early in the day centered pre and post workout
- Dietary fats are not bad. Unprocessed fats such as nuts, uncooked oils, fish oil, flax oil should be consumed w/ protein and not carbs in your later meals
- Eat 6+ times a day to put your body in a constant anabolic state while keep ing your metabolism up
- Sugars are OK if they are naturally occuring (fructose), such as fruits.... Cherries and Apples actually have very low glycemic loads!
- Simple sugars are best consumed post workout. It will also work great for blood sugar / insulin sensitivity
- Get plenty of rest. 8-10hrs for recovery.
- Drink plenty of water. Carry a bottle of water w/ u 24/7
- Never miss a meal. Pack your meals in advance.
