| Hey girly - let the foot BREATHE - even put a cool fan on it (that always works for me)...no ointment ever helped my blisters unfortunately I usually jsut get them from the backs of shoes, especially sneakers. I dont know if you should hit the gym tomorrow - your feet will swell during the day, anyhow, so dont put added stress on it! Give it a few days, put a bandaid on it tomorrow and it should be fine real soon!
And wear aerosoles when you are going out and walking a lto hehe - they may not be the "cutest" shoes but they are damn comfortable!
