| To add to what Paul said, or to take it a little further, Cut Out the SUGAR! The whole fat free gig is good for some, but it's creating a whole generation of "muffin tops". You can't target fat loss, but cutting the sugars WILL trim the fat from your mid-section. Doing this and kicking up your workout should really help get you the V cut you're looking for.
