Part of the reason why you may not be loosing anything on a 1000 calorie a day diet is because your body has gone into starvation mode and anything you eat your body will store rather then burn.
I am trying to loose a bit of weight in the next few weeks before i go on my big trip but i just got sick which means i am not allowed to go to the gym
