I only have 1 pair, so I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but here goes: In Sevens I wear a 29 pretty much across the board except in styles/washes that are an obvious 'size down' ie: in CAE A-pockets, Boycuts etc. that usually fit big I'm a 28. My 575 OC Flares (stretch) in dark wash are a 29, and they fit really nice. So I guess that IMO in stretch they are TTS??
