I used to actually use the MAC Studio Tech Powder and I find that since i have stopped using it my skin is much better. I don't have many blackheads anymore and my pores are smaller. That MAC stuff was way too heavy for me. BM is a lot better for your complexion so that lady may be right in some aspects.
