I've seen that fabric before. It's from the Travel Ligne, which wasn't really a pricey line to begin with and it's a pretty old bag, judging from the number on the card...I'm guessing the 80s.

The hologram is too blurry for me to tell much of anything, but I actually think that the card looks good in terms of the font used for the numbers.
It's not laminated, but it's in a plastic casing, right?
I had a card come that way recently.
The font on the interior tag looks fine to me as well.
