I get a lot of questions about how to re-size and post pictures in sale threads, and I notice a LOT of pictures that are not re-sized in sale postings and that makes it very difficult for buyers! Here are instructions on how to add pictures to your post. I am using imageshack, but you can use any other image-hosting site you like (flickr, webshots, photobucket, etc.)
1) go to ImageShack® - Hosting 2) Click on the "Browse" Button and find the picture you want to upload. If it has NOT already been resized, click on the checkbox to the left of "resize image?" and from the pull-down menu, select the "640 x 480 (for message boards)" option.
3) Click on the "host it!" button.
4) On the next page, you'll see a bunch of options for posting your picture. If you want to use imageshack's code, highlight the code in the "Hotlink for forums (1)" option and paste that code into your AF window. After you submit your post, the pictures will appear. 
5) Another option for adding a picture is to put the URL for the picture in between the [img] and [/img] tags. For this option, copy the "direct link to image" text and put it in between the [img] tags. For example:
[img]http://imageshack.us/urlofpicture.jpg[/img ]

The above instructions also work if you want to post pictures in any other thread or if you want to add an avatar! Just host it on imageshack and link to it
